2016 Graduation All Night Party

We need your help to plan the upcoming 2016 Senior Class All-Night Party, held immediately following graduation on June 10.

This will be the 35th year that parent volunteers have run the all-night party as an exciting, safe, fun, chemical-free alternative for the graduating seniors. Approximately 2/3 of each graduating class attends.

The success of this annual party hinges on a dedicated effort of many, many volunteers and we are in need of more parent volunteers to assist with the planning committee efforts in order to make this year's event a tremendous success. The time to become involved is when your student is a junior, sophomore, or younger.

Right now we are particularly interested in those that are interested in planning the event.  Regardless of your skills and talents, there are areas we can use your help, such as decorating, entertainment and games, food, prizes and gifts, safety/first aid, security, tickets, promotion, budgeting and financial record keeping, and more.  We will also need many, many volunteers the night of the party, so if you can't help with planning, please strongly consider volunteering the night of June 10 - 11.

Grab a friend and join us Thursday, October 22, at 7 pm, at Vannellis for the 2016 Senior Class All-Night Party kick-off planning meeting.
